This website, jillmsommers.com, is the online home of Jill M. Sommers' coaching, education and mind-body experiences. This page explains, in plain language, what information is collected when you visit or reach out, how it is used, and the choices you have.

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to share through the contact form on the Connect page: your name, your email address, and your message (which is optional). When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered to Jill's email inbox so she can read it and reply to you. That is the only purpose it is used for. Your message is not stored in a website database, and your information is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing purposes.

Submitting the contact form does not sign you up for marketing emails or text messages. You will only hear back in response to your own inquiry.

Spam protection

To keep the form reliable, submissions pass through simple automatic checks (a hidden field and a timing check) that help filter out automated spam. These checks happen on the website's own server; no third-party captcha service is involved.
